Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
